CARMEL Mayor cuts $10,000 from Mayor Ted Johnson has slashed $120,000 from his office's budget for 1996, including nearly $10,000 from the mayor's salary. The cuts won't take effect until after Johnson leaves office. The budget for the mayor's office, office, and all other 1996 city department department budgets, were up for review review Thursday night by Carmel City Council. Johnson, who leaves office in December, reduced or deleted nearly every line item In the mayor's mayor's budget.
