Mandel Associates Born at Huntingburg, he had lived here at least 40 years Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Shirley Broth-ers Irving Hill Chapel with bur ial in Washington Park East Cemetery. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lois K. Mandel, and son, Howard M. Mandel of Indianapolis.
