Mongan of Manchester by a 10-1 margin to win renomination. He will face three-term Governor John W. King, who was unopposed for the Democratic Senate nomination. VERMONT Republican Senator George D. Aiken, 76, won easy nomination to a fifth term by defeating a 31- year-old schoolteacher who advocated a "fight to win" policy in Vietnam, including possible use of tactical nuclear weapons.

Aiken, who has urged honorable negotiations to end the war, took better than a 5-2 lead in early returns over William K. Tufts and scored enough write-in votes to win the Democratic nomination as well. There was no official Democraitc candidate. In the GOP gubernatorial race, Deane C. Davis, an insurance executive, took an early lead over Attorney General James L.

Oakes. Lieutenant Governor John J. Daley was unopposed for the Democratic nomination. WISCONSIN Attorney General Bronson 1 La Follette, the only Democrat to survive a GOP sweep two years ago, headed for easy victory over token opposition from Floyd Willie for the gubernatorial nomination. He will face twoterm Governor Warren P.

Knowles, who was unopposed for the Republican nod. Democratic Senator Gaylord Nelson was unopposed for renomination, but four Republicans were after the GOP bid. Witness Gets Jail Term For Contempt Patrick Dunbar, 38 years old, manager of the Virginia Bar, 802 Virginia Avenue, was held in contempt of court and jailed for five days yesterday by Criminal Court, Division 1 Judge John T. Davis. Dunbar was cited after he appeared in a drunken condition while testifying in the second-degree murder trial of Carl E.

Spencer, 33, 1851 Singleton Street. Spencer was indicted for the fatal stabbing of Adrian King, 21, 2609 East 10th Street, during a brawl in the tavern on Feb. 25, 1967. Dunbar, said by two witnesses to have separated King and Kenneth E. Stinson, 38, who now owns the tavern, testified he had no memory of the incident.

He admitted he had been drinking before his appearance on the witness stand. The case, which will reach the jury today, centers on the testimony of convicted narcotic trafficker Charles D. Hardister. He told the jury Spencer had admitted to him while the two were in Marion County Jail that he had stabbed King. None of the state's witnesses, however, placed Spencer in the fight between Stinson and King.
