Davenport. G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Staff Report In separate decisions Thursday, the Indiana Supreme Court upheld the murder convictions of two Indianapolis men. The first case involved the slaying of Erie C.

Taylor, 33, who was beaten, kicked and died after a 55-pound rock was dropped on his head Sept. 20, 1994. Police said the attack followed a botched ding deal. Marcus Richardson and Keeno Austin were each sentenced to 60 years in prison for Taylor's death: two other men were charged with lesser crimes in the case. In his appeal, Richardson argued that evidence presented at trial was not sufficient to support a murder conviction.

Richardson contended that because Austin actually dropped the boulder on Taylor's head, Richardson could nol be guilty of murder. BERNARD J. "B.J." MILLER, 67. Anderson, died July 9. He worked for Delco Remy Division of General Motors Corp.

For God was pleased to have all his dwell In him" (Colossians Even His enemies assertion that He was fully God, as well as fully human. This is important because only a divine Savior can meet our deepest spiritual need, which is forgiveness. The truth is we have sinned against God, and we are separated from; Him because of that.
