Havens Kalilo had been Bell executive, civic leader A charter member, past vice president and past director of the Executive Service Corps, he also was a past director of the Park School Foundation and the Woodstock Club. Mr. Kahlo headed the committee that planned the merging of Park and Tudor Hall schools into one campus on the site of the former Lilly Orchard at 71st Street and College Avenue.

He was a 1929 magna cum laude graduate of Princeton University and a 1937 graduate of Benjamin Harrison School of Law.
