He was a financial planner and owned Firm Financial Services. He was a former vice president for Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co. Mr. Ankney was a member of Financial Service Professionals, the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis and the International Association of Financial Planners. He also was a past president of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.

James R. Bunch, 72, Clearwater. formerly of Indianapolis, died Feb. 1. He was a tool and die maker for FMC retiring in 1988.
