He had been a patient the hospital four months. A Marine Corps sergeant, Augustin received the Purple Heart Medal while fighting in Korea. Until the time of his illness he had been employed as a printer and lithographer. Mr. Augustin attended St.

He came ot this country in 1923. He was president of both the Gerdenich Realty Co. and the Realty and Construction Co. Before entering the construction field, Mr. Gerdenich was a mechanical engineer at Diamond Chain Co.

from 1923 to 1929. As a hobby Mr. Gerdenich raised polled Hereford show cattle. He was a member of several Hereford associations. He also was a member of Indianapolis Real Estate Board, Columbia Club and Pike Towr-ship Parent-Teacher Association.

Survivors include the widow, Margaret E. Gerdenich; two sons, Joseph Maten Gerdenich and Maten G. Gerdenich II, all of Indianapolis; three sisters, the Rev. Mother Chrysantha of Lorain, Julia and Kathryn Gerdenich, both af Austria, and a brother, the Rev. Moric Gerdenich of Hungary.

Charles F. Turner Services for Charles F. Turner, 37-y ear-old Indianapolis truck driver killed Sunday in a train crossing accident near Erie, will be conducted at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Grin-steiner Funeral Home. Burial will be Floral Park Cemetery.

Mr. Turner, who lived at 240 N. Davidson, was an employee of the Mid-States Freight Lines for the last 13 years. Rerouted over a detour while on the way to Buffalo, Mr. Turner drove his truck into the path of a train filled with baseball fans.

Survivors include the widow, Dollie Marie Turner; a daughter, Judith Ann Turner; a stepdaughter, Judith Ann Cooper, and five brothers and two sisters. Loree Sedam Loree C. Sedam, an employee of the Polk Milk Co. 30 years, died last night at Methodist Hospital. He was 68.

Services are planned for 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Shirley Brothers West Chapel. BTirialwill be at Crown Hill Cemetery. A native of Switzerland County, Mr. Sedam had been a resident of Indianapolis 50 years.

He lived at 905 N. Rochester. Wallace Singleton Singleton, 63-year-old brickmason of 2821 E. Vermont, will be buried in Crown Hill Cemetery after services at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Flanner Buchanan Fall Creek Mortuary. Mr. Singleton died yesterday.

A native of Sanford, he came here from Danville about 10 years ago. Surviving are the widow, Mabel L. Singleton; one son, Walter K. Singleton, and one daughter, Mrs. Donald Ray, all of Indianapolis; the mother, Mrs.

Garland Singleton; one brother, Walter Singleton, and one sister, Mayme Singleton, all of Sanford, and four grandchildren. Bernice Richardson Rites will be Thursday for Bernice I.
