Fist Fight in Car Causes 7 Deaths By United Press International OIL CITY, La. -A station wagon with a wild fist fight going on inside careened wildly down a highway yesterday and crashed into an oncoming car, killing seven persons and injuring four. Deputy Sheriff Paul Baker said some of the men in the station wagon were painters returning from a job.

The impact of the crash killed five of the six persons in the wagon and splattered brightly colored paints over the wreckage. The crash also killed two of the five persons in the car. The survivors were hospitalized. Baker said another automobile that was following the station wagon reported "a wild fist fight was occurring in it and it was weaving all over the road." Former Seymour Dentist, Press Executive Dies Special to The News SEYMOUR, Roy E. Harris, former Seymour dentist and president of the corporation operating the Seymour Daily Tribune, died yesterday in a Cincinnati hospital.

The Rising Sun native graduated from Indiana Dental College in Indianapolis and opened an office at Seymour. He later practiced at Grand Junction, before moving to Cincinnati. Dr. Harris and a brotherin-law, John H. Conner, publisher of the Tribune, bought the newspaper in 1927.

Rites will be in Cincinnati. Two sons and a daughter survive. Emma P. Eastland Services for Emma Patton Eastland, 60, will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow in Baptist Church, of which she was a member.

Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. Friends may call tonight at King King Funeral Home. She died Monday in her home, 2602 N. Temple. Born in Humphreys County, Tennessee, Mrs.

Eastland had lived in Indianapolis 40 years and had owned a grocery at 25th and Hillside. She was formerly a member of the Dorcas Circle of her church. Survivors are the husband, Hubert Eastland; three sons, Ernest, Henry and, Abraham Patton; four daughters, Willa M. Jones, Elizabeth Martin, Lillian R. Woodson and Anna Wells, Indianapolis; a brother, Henry Ewing, Columbus, 0., 13 grandchildren and two Branches in Many Cities of U.S.

GREENSBURG Alma H. Johnson, 80, resident of Indiana Odd Fellows Home here since she moved from Indianapolis. Survivors include the husband, Baugh Johnson. KOKOMO-Anna K. Hartman, 79, Tipton County native.

Rites 2 p.m. CST tomorrow in Zion Lutheran Church. A son, Robert Hartman, lives in Indianapolis. SHERIDAN-John T. Ogle, 83, retired farmer.
