Wednesday in Carmony Funeral Home for Frank Mohr, 90, retired farmer and former Shelby County assessor. Mr. Mohr, a life resident of Shelby County, died yesterday in a nursing home here. He served as assessor of Moral Township from 1907 to 1915 and as county assessor from 1915 to 1919. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs.

Wade Arnold and Mrs. Ward Graham, both of Shelby County, and a son, John F. Mohr, Waldron. ANDERSON Eugene Earl Woods, 80 Ethel Lambert, 79. Funeral today Ben Robinette, 58.

BICKNELL Martha A. Tittle, 83, former Indianapolis resident and wife of the Rev. Charles Tittle, former minister of First Wesleyan Methodist Church in Indianapolis. Rites Fred Foster Dies; Red Skelton Kin Services for Fred W. Foster, 74, uncle of comedian Red Skelton, will be at 10:30 a.m.

Wednesday in G. H. Herrmann Fueral Home, with burial in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. He died yesterday in his home, 6171 Homestead Dr. Born in Omaha, Mr.

Foster had lived in Indianapolis about 35 years. For 15 years before retiring in 1956 he was employed in the maintenance department of Beech Grove High School. After retiring he developed an invention he patented known as the "save a step mailbox signal," a device to show whether or not the mailman has been by. Mr. Foster was a brother of Red Skelton's mother, Ida Solderstrom, now living in Los Angeles.

He saw the comedian for the first time in 25 years last year when he was at the Indiana State Fair. The only one of the Fosters' five children to go into show business is Guy Foster, an Indianapolis guitarist. Caroline M. Leich Services for Caroline Matilda VanderKlenk Leich, S9, widow of a Civil War veteran, will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow in Second Presbyterian Church, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Evansville.

She died yesterday in General Hospital. Leich was born at Evansville and had lived in ers Drexel Chapel, with entombment in Washington Park East Mausoleum. Masonic memorial services will be at 7 p.m. tomorrow at the mortuary. Survivors, besides the brother, are the widow, Mary Neidhammer Robertson; two sons, Wayne and Jack Robertson; six daughters.

Norma West, Beverly Foster and Joan, Betty, Marlene and Sharon Robertson; his mother, Bertha Robertson, and five sisters. J. A. CLARK, DIES, EX-NEWS CASHIER Mr. Robertson was born at Hope and had lived in Indianapolis since 925.

Previously he was associated with the old Schwitzer-Cummins Co. and Real Silk. Mr. Robertson was a member Otterbein Eva 1 i a 1 United Brethren Church, a member and past master of Veritas Masonic Lodge and a member of Veritas Chapter of Royal Arch Masons and Brightwood Chapter of Eastern Star. Mr.

Robertson devoted his spare time to his grandchildren and fishing. He enjoyed taking the children on a fishing trip. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Shirley Broth- Katherine Quinn Services for Miss Katherine A. Quinn, 82, former social worker and high school teacher, will be at 8:30 a.m.

Wednesday in Feeney-Kirby Mortuary and at 9 a.m. in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery. She died Saturday in her home, 4532 N. Pennsylvania.

For 28 years Miss Quinn was a social worker for the Bureau of Catholic Charities and was the first lay employee of the bureau. She specialized in court and children's welfare work. Formerly she was president of the Social Workers Club of Indianapolis. Miss Quinn was a graduate of Butler University and did graduate work at the University of Chicago and at Indiana University. Until about 1920 she taught classes at Knightstown and Seymour high schools.

Later she entered the field of social welfare. Dr. Charles A. Seal Services for Dr. Charles A.

Seal, 66, Indianapolis dentist, will be at 9:45 a.m. tomorrow in Feeney-Kirby Mortuary and at 10:15 a.m. in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. He died Saturday in his home, 4240 Carrollton.

Born at Odon, Dr. Seal had practiced dentistry in Indianapolis 22 years. Previously he was two years at Odon and 19 years at Petersburg. He was a graduate of old Indiana Dental College. Dr.

Seal was a member of St. Joan of Arc Church and its Holy Name Society, Indiana Dental Society, American Legion. He was a veteran of World War I. being the largest Gertrude M. Tekulve, 75.

914 N. DeQuincy, was buried in Holy Family Cemetery, Oldenburg, after services today in Shirley Brothers Drexel Chapel and Catholic. Church of the Little Flower. She died Friday in her home. Born at Oldenburg, Mrs.

Tekulve had lived in Indianapolis 42 years. She had worked for Ayres' and Goldstein Brothers. She was a member of Little Flower Church. Amanda Ellis Amanda Ellis, 73, 2331 Mar-tindale, will be buried in New Crown Cemetery after services at 11 a.m. tomorrow in King King Funeral Home.

She died Friday in General Hospital. Mrs. Ellis, who was born at Cedartown, had lived in Indianapolis 40 years. James Boniface Services for James Boniface. 77.

2009 Bellefontaine, will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in King King Funeral Home, with burial in Floral Park Cemetery. He died Saturday in General Hospital. Born at Lawrence, Mr. Boniface had lived in Indianapolis 70 vears and was em ployed formerly at the As phalt Surfacing Co.

He was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Arnold A. Schaad Services for Arnold A. Schaad, 68, will be at 10 a.m.

tomorrow in Tolin Herr Memorial Chapel, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. He died Saturday in his home, 1201 E. Tabor. A life resident of Indianap olis, Mr.

Schaad was a partner in the Wizard Machine Co. until his retirement in 1958. Minnie M. Rinier Minnie M. Rinier, 78, formerly of 3718 N.

Gladstone, will be buried in Crown Hill Cemetery after services at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Harry W. Moore Peace Chapel. She died Friday in a Warsaw nursing home. Mrs.

Rinier had lived in Indianapolis all her life until she became ill eight months ago. She attended Christ Church Cathedral. Hazel Mohr Hazel Mohr, 48, former Indianapolis resident, will be buried at Wilmington, after services in the McNarny Funeral Home there Wednesday. She died there Friday. Born in Indianapolis, Mrs.

Mohr lived here until eight years ago. Arthur Norton Arthur Norton, 74, 1317 Union, will be buried in Floral Park Cemetery after services at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow in G. H. Herrmann Funeral Home.

He died Saturday in his home. Mr. Norton, a resident of Indianapolis 50 years, was a self-employed truck driver before retiring 10 years ago. Leona Cook Leona Mae Cook, 69, will be buried in Memorial Park Cemetery after services at 11 a.m. tomorrow in i United Church of Christ.

She died Saturday in her home, 9017 Imperial Dr. Mrs. Cook was a life resident of Indianapolis. Lucy F. Staley Lucy F.

Staley, 71, will be buried in New Crown Cemetery after rites at 3 p.m. tomorrow in Shirley Brothers Central Chapel. She died Saturday in General Hospital. Her home was at 843 N. Park.

Mrs. Staley was born at Madison and had lived in Indianapolis 43 years. Rachel Dessauer Miss Rachel Dessauer, 82, was entombed in Washington Park East mausoleum after services today in Flanner Buchanan Fall Creek Mortuary. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. He died yesterday in Memorial Clinic. Long active in Repub- 1 i a politics, he was commit teeman of the 1 1 i Precinct and chairman of the Fourth Ward more than 12 years before he became county treasurer in 1944. He William F. Dauch Services for William F.

Dauch, 70, 30 N. Sherman, will be at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow in Grinsteiner Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, with burial in St.

Joseph Cemetery. He died Saturday in his home. A life resident of Indianapolis, Mr. Dauch was an ornamental and structural iron worker for the Jungclaus Construction Co. 15 years before retiring three years ago.

Previously he was with Geiger Peters Co. 27 years. He was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Church, Ornamental Iron Workers Union Local 22, Kennington American Legion Post and Irvington Post, Veterans of Foreign Wars. Angie Mitchell Services for Angie Mitchell, 85, will be at 2 p.m.

Born in Allen County, Kentucky, Mrs. Mitchell had lived in Indianapolis seven years. She was a member of New Bethel Methodist Church at Scottsville, Ky. Ralph H. Bowers Services for Ralph H.

Bowers, 62, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Conkle Speedway Funeral Home, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. He died Saturday in his home, 4210 E. 15th. Mr.

Bowers, a life resident of Indianapolis, had been a conductor on the Indianapolis Union (Belt) Railroad, where he worked 32 years. He was a member of Eagles Lodge. William Lee Shelton William Lee Shelton, 85, 1715 W. Market, will be buried in Floral Park Cemetery after services at 11:30 a.m. in Conkle West Michigan Street Funeral Home.

He died Saturday in a nursing home. Mr. Shelton, who was born at Sebree, Ky, had lived in Indianapolis 56 years, and had operated a market on West Market Street. He attended West Side Church of the Naz-arene. Mary H.

Keys Services for Mary H. Keys, 85, 2109 Shriver, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Simpson Methodist Church, of which she was a member, with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. tomorrow in Jacobs Brothers West Side Chapel.

She died Saturday night in General Hospital. Born at Elizabethtown, Mrs. Keys had lived in Indianapolis 52 years. She was founder and president of Cir cle 3 of her church and teacher of the adult Bible class. Elizabeth Dixon Elizabeth Dixon, 63, 1222 Cornell, will be buried in Crown Hill Cemetery after services at 11 a.m.

tomorrow in Patton Funeral Home. She died Thursday in General Hospital. Mrs. Dixon, a native of Louisville, had lived in Indianapolis 22 years. She was a laundry employee.

Anna Perkins Services for Anna Perkins, 75, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Mt. Paran Baptist Church, of which she was a member, with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery. She died Saturday in her home, 328 W. 25th.

He died Friday in an Arcadia (Fla.) hospital. Mr. Clark was the brother of Charles Austin Clark, Franklin, retired auditor of The News, who survives. Among his acquaintances were such familiar News writers as Kin Hubbard, William Wilson, Louis Howland, Edward Zieg- Vncent B. Kasnak Vincent Beach Kasnak, 43, 1248 Farley Speedway, died yesterday in St.

Vincent's Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Conkle Speedway Funeral Home, with burial in Floral Park Cemetery. Bonrat Minneapolis, Mr. Kasnak had lived at Speedway 8 years.

Jackson had lived in Indianapolis 33, years. For 17 years he was a bellhop at the Kirkwood Hotel. Moses W. 'O'Banyon Moses W. O'Ba'nyonJ 78, will be buried in New' Crown Cemetery after services at 1 p.m.

Anna Craig Services for Anna Craig, 81, 1603 N. New Jersey, will be at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday in Feeney-Kirby Mortuary and at 9 a.m. in SS. Peter and Paul Cathedral, with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery.

She died Saturday in her home. Mrs. Craig was born at Colfax and had lived in Indianapolis more than 50 years. Cora Lee Young Services for Cora Lee Young, 83, 1343 S. Richland, will be at 10 a.m.

Wednesday in Farley West Morris Street Funeral Home, with burial in Floral Park Cemetery. She died yesterday. Mrs. Young was born at Columbia, and had lived in Indianapolis 20 years. lived in Indianapolis most of his life and was a graduate of Manual High School.

In 1911 he joined the old W. M. Coval Sons Abstracters Co. In 1925 the firm became a part of Union Title Co. and Mr.

Huse became a director and vice-president. He was a mem ber of the Indianapolis Real Estate Board, Optimist Club, Columbia Club and Knights of Columbus. Among survivors are the widow, Eva T. Huse; a daugh ter, Mrs. Bernard McGinty, Indianapolis, and two sons, Frank B.

Huse Indianapolis, and James C. Huse, Los Angeles. Charles M. Brunning Charles M. Brunning, 68, 5032 State, will be buried in Holy Cross Cemetery after services at 8:30 a.m.

Wednes day in G. H. Herrmann Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He died Saturday in his home.

A life resident of Indianapolis, he was a saw operator for Stewart-Warner Corp. 15 years before retiring in 1959. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church and Moose Lodge. Earnest Feeback Services for Earnest Fee-back, 38, 7344 Westchester will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Pasco Memorial Mortuary, Greenfield, with burial in East Hill Cemetery, Rush-ville.

He died yesterday in Marion while visiting friends. Mr. Feeback, a native of Cynthiana, had lived in Indianapolis five years. He had worked at Naval Avionics Facility seven years. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of Greenfield Church of God.

Lawrence McMahon Lawrence E. McMahon, 69; retired pressman for The Star was buried in Holv Cross Cemetery today after services in Moore, Kirk Usher Irving-ton Funeral Home and St, Simon the Apostle Catholic Church. He died Thursday in the home of his daughter Catherine Schmidt, 2439 Mitt hoefer Rd. A life resident of Indianapo-lis, Mr. McMahon was a press man for The Star 40 years retiring in 1958.

Emma C. Murphy Services for Emma Clara Murphy, 81, 7021 Englewood will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Beverly Ridge Mortuary, Chicago, with bur ial in Mt. Greenwood Ceme tery there. She died yesterday in a nursing home at Zionsville.

Mrs. Murphy was born at Buffalo, N.Y., and had lived in Indianapolis 12 years. She was a member of Union Chapel Methodist Church. Harold Ludwig Services for Harold F. Ludwig, 74, were today in Conkle Speedway Funeral Home, with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery.

He died Saturday in his home, 6932 W. 71st. Born in Illinois, Mr. Ludwie had lived in Indianapolis 40 years. For 30 years he was a wholesale candy distributor, retiring in 1958.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodae at Gary and Scottish Rite here. Leonard Settles Leonard Settles, 72, will be buried in St. Joseph Cemetery after services at 10 a.m. tomor row in G. H.

Herrmann Funeral Home. He died Friday in his home, 430 Parkway. Mr. Settles, a native of Nashville, had lived in Indianapolis 30 years. Seven years ago he retired as a dock-man at Silver Fleet Express with which he was associated 15 years.

Introductory size 43 Frank L. Foley Frank L. Foley, 91, 124 N. Euclid, died yesterday in Methodist Hospital. Mr.

Foley was born in Hancock County, the son of a Civil War veteran. He had lived in Indianapolis since 1917 and was a steamfitter. He had been a member of the Steamfitters Union since 1911, and was a member of Grace Methodist Church and Knights of Pythias. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Shirley Brothers Irving Hill Chapel, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Dr. John J. Briggs Services for Dr. John J. Briggs, 80, 2428 Broadway, will be at 1 p.m.

tomorrow in Planner Buchanan Fall Creek Mortuary, with burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Glenns Valley. He died Satur day in his home. Born in Johnson County, Dr. Briggs had been a practicing Indianapolis physician since 1906.

He received his medical degree from Purdue University. He was one of the organizers of the International Medical Society and a member of North Methodist Church. Dale M. Sigmon Dale M. Sigmon, 86, 17 Parkview, was buried in Crown Hill Cemetery after services today in Shirley Brothers Irving Hill Chapel.

He died Friday in his home. A native of Moorefield, Mr. Sigmon had lived in Indianapolis most of his life. For 50 years before retiring in 1954, he was a metal worker for the Hall-Neal Furnace Co. He was a member of Broadway Baptist Church and its 101 Bible Class.

Cora D. Gray Cora D. Gray, 85, 1123 S. Pershing, will be buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Blooming-ton, after services at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Greene Har-rell Funeral Home there.

Rites also will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Farley Funeral Home. She died Saturday in her home. it wmmm ner, Ray Thompson, Curtis Hodges and others. Mr.

Clark was born at Rag-lesville. He had lived in Indianapolis 50 years before moving to Lake SVales, 12 years ago. He was assistant cashier for The News, with which he was associated 45 jjears before retiring in 1950. He was a member of North Methodist Church. Besides the brother, survivors are the widow, Clara I.

Clark; two sons, Myron Clark, Indianapolis, and Maj. Ralph W. Clark, Westover Air Force Base, Mass. And another brother, Oliver Clark, Indianapolis. Lucy K.

Mathis Services for Lucy K. Mathis, 67. formerly of 916 N. Lesley, will be at 9 a.m. tomorrow in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery.

She died Saturday in River-view Hospital, Noblesville. Mrs. Mathis retired in 1957 as general manager of Parke-Davis Co. pharmaceutical department. A native of New Albany, she had lived in Indianapolis 60 years.

William Wells William Wells will be buried in New Crown Cemetery after services at 1 p.m. tomorrow in Williams Eastern Chapel. He died Thursday in General Hospital. Mr. Wells, a native of Pen-rod, had lived in Indianapolis the past 20 months with a niece, Mabel Jennings, 827 N.

East. Richard Grotehdick Richard Grotendick, 55, 2955 Broadway, died yesterday in St. Vincent's Hospital. Mr. Grotendick was born at Hamilton, O.

He was a retired salesman and a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday in St. Stephen's Catholic Church at Hamilton, with burial there.

For 28 years before he retired in 1950 he was a letter carrier for the post office. He was a member of the Knights of Pythias and St. Mark's Methodist Church. Catherine Underwood Miss Catherine Underwood, 59, 3249i2 Ruckle, was cre mated today after services in Flanner Buchanan Fall Creek Mortuary. She died Fri day at work in St.

Vincent's Hospital where she was a laboratory technician. Born at Canton, Miss Underwood had lived in Indi anapolis 58 years and was as sociated with the hospital 20 years. She was a member of Broadway Methodist Church and Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. She attended Butler University. Imogene Archer Imogene Archer, 51, died yesterday in her home, 2329 N.

Goodlet. Born at Henderson, Mrs. Archer had lived in Indianapolis 29 years. For four years she had been an assembler at Accurate Products Co. Previously she was 12 years with the Indianapolis Bleaching Co.

She was a member of Garden Baptist Church. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Conkle Speedway Funeral Home, with burial in Floral Park Cemetery. Iva L. Gilbert Iva L.

Gilbert, 78, 5617 Kingsley will be buried in South Mound Cemetery, New Castle, after services at 2 p.m. tomorrow in the Macer Funeral Home there. She died yesterday. Mrs. Gilbert was born at New Castle, and had lived in Indianapolis 24 years.

She was a member of Linwood Christian Church, the Eastern Star and Daughters of America.
