Mrs. Helen McQueen Services for Mrs. Helen M. McQueen, 78, 2149 Webb, will be tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. in G.

H. Herrmann South East Street Funeral Home. She died Monday in Methodist Hospital. Mrs. McQueen was a native of Spencer and a member of the Naomi Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors husband Glenn; daughters Mrs. Ruth A. Emery, Mrs. Lena J. Tilford; sons Vernon, Val.

Wilson Greenwood Chapel. A retired farmer, he died Monday in Johnson County Hos- pital at Franklin. Reed was a native of Switzerland County and had lived near Whiteland 36 years. Mrs. Judy Means Services for Mrs. Judy Kay Means, 25, 4529 Payton, a former waitress at Lounge, will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. in Appleget Lawrence Mortuary. She died yesterday in Methodist Hospital.

Survivors mother Mrs. Charles Barnett; father Donald J. Warren. Lester Housefield Rites Tomorrow Lester Housefield, 75, rural Plainfield, died yesterday in Methodist Hospital. Services will be tomorrow at 10 a.m.

in Hampton Gentry Funeral Home at Plainfield with graveside services at 2:30 p.m. in the Hebron Cemetery at Madison. Housefield was a retired employe of Link-Belt. He worked there from 1940 to 1963. He also was a deacon and a member of the Plainfield Christian Church and a member of the Evergreen Masonic Lodge 713.

Survivors wife Eloise; daughter Mrs. Euther Hamilton; stepson Donald Menchho-fer; stepdaughter Mrs. Jean Schwalbert. Rev. Martin Rites Set.

Services for the Rev. Richard Martin, 52-year-old former Army chaplain and associate pastor at Galilee Baptist Church here, will be tomorrow at 1 p.m. at the Galilee Church. The Rev. Mr.

Martin died Friday in Hines Hospital, Chicago. He had lived in Indianapolis six years and was living in Gary at the time of his death. The Rev. Mr. Martin was a disabled Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors wife Rita; father Humphrey; mother Mrs. Viola Douglas. DEATH NOTICES' ON PAGE 83 Services for James W. Ray, 68-year-old insurance executive who died yesterday in his home, will be tomorrow at 1 p.m. in Flanner Buchanan Fall Creek Mortuary.

Ray, who lived at 4611 N. Pennsylvania, was a native of Terre Haute and had lived in Indianapolis since 1920. Ray and his father, the late W. P. Ray, operated a firm to manage Indiana business interests of several national property insurance companies.

He served as a special agent for Camden Fire Insurance Co. and General Accident Insurance Co. He retired from the latter firm three years ago. Ray was a member of First- Mrs. Velma Dow Services for Mrs.

Velma Dow, 60, 3743 Crescent, will be Saturday at 1 p.m. in Jacobs Brothers Westside Chapel. She died Monday in her home. Mrs. Dow was a former butcher for the old Hygrade Co.

and a member of Barnes United Methodist Church. Survivor-husband John E. Services for Mrs. Nannie A. Turner, 78, 943 N.

Pershing, a retired employe of the Indiana-Purdue University, Indianapolis, Medical Center, will be Saturday at 1 p.m. in Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. She died Monday in General Hospital. Friends may call after noon Friday in Peoples Funeral Home.

Survivors husband Em-mett; stepson Hubert Turner. Warriner died at his farm south of here last night, apparently of a heart attack. Warriner, 7b, had been a hardwood floor contractor since retiring as principal at Mooresville's Newby Elementary School. He was a principal and teacher 'here from 1945-53 and earlier was princi-. pal and coach at Centerton School and had taught at Green Township and the old Plunkett school.

He had been a doorkeeper in the Indiana House when the General Assembly was in session for a number of years. Warriner attended Indiana State University and served in the Army in France in World War I. He taught in rural schools before going to Centerton in the early 1920s, where he coached John Wooden, who later became an All-American basketball player at Purdue University. Wooden, who has coached UCLA to eight NCAA basket- ale! 20 off our ball championships in the last nine years, has called Warriner a major factor in his life. "He taught me that it didn't make any difference how good I was in sports, business or anything else.

If I don't put out, I'm not worth a dime," Wooden said. Warriner had attended eight of the nine NCAA finals when UCLA won the championship, the last in Los Angeles in March. The Hoosier educator, was three-time commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars post entire stock, of boys' knit sport-shirts, here and was instrumental in the construction of a new post home. STANFORD, Calif. Stephen P. Timoshenko, 93, a Stanford University professor emeritus, died in Wuppertal, West Germany, school officials announced yesterday. Timoshenko, born near Kiev, mm Reg. 2.98.

Wilson Greenwood Chapel. She died Monday in her home. Mrs. Price was a native of Worthington and was graduated from Indianapolis Teacher's College. She taught school for three years in the Linton public school district and was a member of the Advanced Study Club, Delta Zeta Mothers Club and Greenwood United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Price also was an offi-cei of Hoosier Coal Sales, of which her late husband, Roy was president. Survivor daughter Mrs. Paul Griggs. Mrs.

Ida Mae Taylor Services for Mrs. Ida Mae Taylor, 32, will be tomorrow at 1 p.m. in Stuart Mortuary Chapel. She died Sunday in her home in Anderson. Mrs.

Taylor had been employed at Dclco Remy as a press operator for three years. She was a native of Indianapolis and lived in Anderson for three years. Survivors daughters Sherry, Helen, LouBertha, Annette; sons Walter, Robert, Joseph, Eli, James, Randy; parents Mr. and Mrs. Edward Winston.

Elmer McLemore Elmer L. McLemore, 62, 13 N. Beville, died yesterday in Community Hospital. Services will be Friday at 9:30 a.m. in Harry W.

Holland, 81, died today in his home in Indianapolis. Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. in Shirley Brothers Irving Hill Chapel. Holland was a retired signal maintenance man for the old Pennsylvania Railroad where he worked for 46 years before retiring in 1954. He was a charter member of the Engle-wood Masonic Lodge.

He was a 52-year member of the lodge and' also was a member and past secretary of the Brotherhood of Signalmen. Survivors wife Christie sons, Eugene Bernell E. Zina Wiggins Services for Zina F.
